Damaged or Defective Items

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
